Calumet County Fair 10th Dairy Futurity August 31st

TENTH DAIRY FUTURITY TO BE HELD – 2025
The tenth annual Calumet County CP Feeds Futurity will be held at the 2025 Calumet County Fair located in Chilton on Sunday, August 31 at 7:30 p.m. in the Harder-Goeldi building. A Futurity is unique non-traditional dairy cattle show where exhibitors enter animals as calves and then show them as three-year old cows. Exhibitors wear formal attire as they display their animals in front of a dairy cattle judge. Cash awards are distributed to the exhibitors for the top placed animals and prizes are given out for best dressed exhibitor, first junior owned cow, top bred and owned cow along with the highest milk production awards.
The Calumet County CP Feeds Futurity is a fantastic opportunity for local dairy farmers to highlight their outstanding dairy cattle, inform the public of the care of their animals and the dairy products they produce. All fairgoers are welcome to attend the Futurity. Calumet County Fair attendees who attend the Calumet County CP Feeds Futurity will be encouraged to use their mobile phones to vote for the best dressed male and female exhibitor. The Calumet County Holstein Breeders host the Futurity.
