School Exhibits

This is a great educational and learning experience for the children.

Although the entry tags have been improving, there are still items that are incorrectly entered, thus eliminating them from competition. Please take the time to check that each and every entry has an entry tag securely attached, they seem to come loose in transit, and also check that each child has an entry form filled out which should match the entry tag. Be sure that entry tags are not hidden within your exhibits, this disqualifies them as they are not then entered with the batches that are all together.

If your school is going to participate this year, please bring your items to the fairgrounds sometime in May or the end of the school year. Grounds keepers are at the fairgrounds usually Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. If other arrangements need to be made please call me at (920) 517-3440.

Someone from each school will be required to set up the display for the fair. This can be done anytime from August 24 – August 29, 2024. The display can be taken down on Monday, Sept. 2, 2024 after 5:00p.m.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. It is always a pleasure to see the youth who may not be involved in any other way at the fair, come in to look for their exhibits and show them to family and friends. Thank you in advance for your participation.
