TICKET HOLDERS

Holder of tickets for events or functions on our property (CCalumet County Fair, 200 West Chestnut Street, Chilton, WI 53014) voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to any event for which the ticket is issued and waives all claims against the event sponsor, the owner of the facility, the ticket producer or issuer. Admission is subject to compliance with all laws and facility rules and the ticket holder consents to reasonable examinations and searches to ensure compliance. Failure to comply with the law or facility rules may result in refusal of admission or expulsion. No unauthorized recording of event where prohibited. No Refunds or Exhanges ALL Ticket SALES ARE FINAL!

A person who observes or particiapates in an agricultural tourism activity on our property (Calumet County Fair, 200 West Chestnut Street, Chilton, WI 53014) assumes the risk inherent in the agricultural tourism activity.

Risks inherent in the agricultural tourism activity may include conditions on the land, the unpredictable behavior of farm animals, the ordinary dangers associated with farm equipmentused in farming operaions, and potential that the participant in the agricultural tourism activity may act in a negligent way that may contribute to injury or death.

The agricultural tourism provider, Calumet County Fair, is not liable for the injury or death of a person involved in an agricultural tourism activity resulting from those inherent risks.
